I consider myself a pretty clean person, but there are always those dreaded cleaning tasks that require so much time and elbow grease that I put them off. I’m talking about the grimy tile grout in the shower, the baked-on soap scum on the tub, and the brake dust on my car's intricate wheels. I bought this drill brush set on a whim, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most useful cleaning tools I have ever purchased. I attached the large flat brush to my cordless drill and decided to tackle the fiberglass shower first. With a bit of cleaning spray, the brush lifted away months of soap scum in seconds, with zero scratching. The amount of effort saved was staggering. Next, I switched to the smaller, round-headed brush for the grout lines and around the faucets. It got into every corner and restored my grout to its original color. But the real 'wow' moment came when I took them out to the garage. My car has multi-spoke alloy wheels that are a nightmare to clean by hand. The medium-sized brush was the perfect tool for the job. It got deep into the spokes and scrubbed away a year's worth of baked-on brake dust, leaving them sparkling. This set has not only saved me hours of hard labor, but it achieves a level of clean that I could never get by hand. An absolutely essential product for any homeowner.

I bought this set with high hopes of making my car detailing work easier. The idea is great, but the execution and quality of this product are downright dangerous. I was using the medium-sized brush to clean the tires on my truck. I wasn't applying excessive pressure, just letting the drill and the bristles do the work. About two minutes into the job, the metal shaft that inserts into the drill suddenly sheared off from the plastic base of the brush. The brush head went flying across my garage at high speed, ricocheted off the wall, and thankfully missed hitting me or my car. Had I been in a different position, it could have easily caused a serious injury. This is an unacceptable product failure. The point where the metal shaft connects to the plastic brush head is clearly a massive weak point. A tool designed to be spun at high RPMs should be built to withstand the torque. This one is not. The potential for injury or damage is far too great. I threw the remaining brushes in the trash, as I would never trust them. Do not buy this product; it is poorly made and unsafe.

Great for cleaning the bathroom.

This is a handy set of brushes, and it has made cleaning my bathroom much less of a chore. The large flat brush is fantastic on the shower walls and floor, and the smaller brush is great for getting into the grout lines and around the sink fixtures. The nylon bristles are soft enough that I don't have to worry about scratching my porcelain tub or tile. For this purpose, the set is a 5-star product. However, I am giving it 4 stars because the durability for tougher jobs is questionable. I tried using one of the brushes to clean some moss off my concrete patio steps, and the bristles started to bend and fray pretty quickly. It got the job done, but the brush looked significantly worn after just that one use. So, my conclusion is that these are excellent for bathroom, kitchen, and maybe light automotive cleaning, but don't expect them to hold up to heavy-duty, abrasive outdoor tasks.
