I am absolutely enchanted by these solar garden lights. My backyard has always been a bit of a dark, uninviting space after sunset, but these little lights have transformed it into a magical, fairy-tale landscape. I was initially drawn to the color-changing feature, and it did not disappoint. The LEDs cycle through a beautiful spectrum of vibrant colors—reds, blues, greens, purples—with a smooth, seamless transition that is mesmerizing to watch. It's not a jarring, flashy blink like some cheap party lights; it's a slow, graceful fade that creates a truly stunning and relaxing ambiance. Installation was a breeze. I had all four lights unboxed and staked into the ground along my garden path in less than five minutes. There are no wires to worry about, which is a huge plus. I just picked my spots, pushed them into the soil, and that was it. The real test came after a few days when we had a massive downpour that lasted for hours. I was worried about how they would hold up, but their waterproof claim is legit. They shone brightly that very night and have continued to work perfectly ever since. They get plenty of charge even on partly cloudy days and reliably turn on by themselves as soon as it gets dark. This 4-pack has added more beauty and character to my garden than other, more expensive decorations. I couldn't be happier.

Let me start by saying that I really do like these lights. For the price, a 4-pack of color-changing solar lights is a great deal. They were incredibly easy to set up—just stake them in the ground and you're done. The color-changing effect is beautiful and creates a wonderful, whimsical atmosphere in my backyard. My kids love watching them cycle through the colors in the evening. They've also held up well through a couple of rainstorms, so the weather-resistant quality seems to be as advertised. My main reservation, and the reason I'm giving four stars instead of five, is the duration of the bright light. After a full day of bright sunshine, these lights are vibrant and beautiful for about the first 4 to 5 hours of darkness. However, after that, they dim significantly. While they technically stay 'on' for a few more hours, the light is much weaker, more of a faint glow than a bright accent. This is fine if you just want them for evening ambiance while you're sitting on the patio, but if you're hoping for them to brightly illuminate a pathway all through the night, you might be disappointed. They are fantastic for what they are, but potential buyers should be aware of this limitation in battery longevity.
